I processed my transaction, but the "Payment History" shows my payment as "pending". Why?
The process of applying your payment to the invoice is performed by a queue. This can be delayed by a few minutes while the queue processes other payments. This also frequently occurs on the first of the month as the queue waits to process payments until the previous month has been closed. If your payment is not processed after 24 hours, please contact customer support at 800-343-0064, option 1.
I am a deposit account customer and am unable to find my account information using the ACH payment portal. Why?
At this time, deposit account customers are not configured to accept payment through the ACH payment portal. This capability will be offered to Deposit Account customers in a future ACH payment portal release.
